Cancellation before work starts
If you cancel before the agreed work has started, tell us in writing as soon as possible. Any payment arrangement for work not yet started should be confirmed in the written scope.
Cancellation after work starts
If work has started, the completed portion of the agreed scope is not automatically refundable. We will discuss a fair outcome based on what has been delivered and the time already spent.
Revisions
Eligible revisions are corrections or clarifications within the agreed scope, raised promptly. New work, new sections or a different brief are a new scope and are quoted separately. See How It Works.
